RETURNS POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with the items you have ordered please note:

You have 14 days for a full refund, from date you received your parcel, on any unworn, full priced items with all tags, tickets and any original packaging still attached. We only offer exchanges or store credit note to any sale, reduced or otherwise discounted items in store only. If you wish to exchange an online product, we advise for you to return the item, receive a full refund and place a new order with your preferred item. 

As we are an independent, all UK and International unsuitable items are returned at your own cost with all tags and original packaging. Please clearly mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on the label and return to the address below :

You will receive a confirmation email from us when we have received the returned goods back and the refund has been processed. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear into your bank account. 

We recommend that you use a tracked service when sending the good to us as we are unable to refund items that are lost in transit. Any goods received from outside of the 14 day returns window will not be eligible for refund. All good can be returned in store.
